We are having a real problem finding cleaners.

We are having a real problem finding cleaners. We are paying decent for our area and they can't seem to get it right. We have been through 3 different ones. One does well but she continually complains and refuses to clean in some situations. Others don't do as well but we are getting complaints. Our problem is that we have 3. One has 4 bedrooms and takes 3 hours. The other one has 4 beds but only 2 rooms and take about the same time. Other one bedroom. If all 3 leave at one time - not all can be cleaned by one cleaner. I manage 120 properties we're here in South Texas, but I can tell you is don't offer decent pay offer the highest pay so the cost of living room we are is not very high and my Cleaners all make over $20 an hour if you're in a Major metro area it might be a size 30, but if you can't afford to pay them that then you're not charging enough for your cleaning fee you I don't think? I know this is very market specific but high pay makes these problems sort of go away. I have 34 housekeepers.
