Will do, and that is why, I choose to create this group as well. Regarding hammer toes, unless there was a blunt trauma, it is always caused by a dysfunctional big toe.

mine was caused by neuropathy.

Neuropathy, would likely cause decreased strength and weight bearing in the big toe. Deformities are almost always created by compensations.

I’ve been calling myself a “professional faller” for the past 2 years. I’ve learned how to turn my body to compensate for the direction I’m falling; in order to cause the least amount of damage and pain.
